Our highly trained nurse practitioners and physicians assistants work closely with our physicians to provide our patients with attentive prompt care. 

Nurse practitioners are nurses with advanced training who both treat and diagnose a wide range of health problems, while focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling. Physician assistants are health care professionals that practice medicine under the supervision of a physician. Physician assistants diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medicine, and promote preventative health care.

Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Hillary has nine years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary Care. Having served as the Lead Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Nursing Program, she has special interest in nutrition and women’s health. A Florida native, Hillary enjoys swimming in her free time and belongs to the Jupiter Masters team.

Clinical Expertise

With almost 20 years of combined experience as both a labor and delivery nurse, and women’s health care nurse practitioner, Rachel has extensive experience in women’s services. She manages a broad range of women’s health issues including, but not limited to, routine yearly exams, family planning, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Having completed her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville, Rachel then went to provide women’s care for several years in Louisville before relocating down to Florida with her husband and four children. Rachel is a Member of the National Associate of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health and the Associate of Women's Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses

Clinical Expertise

Cydney Wilbanks was born in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Canton, Georgia. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in 2014 from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. Ms. Wilbanks then relocated to Savannah, Georgia in 2014 to attend South University’s Physician Assistant program, where she obtained her Masters in Physician Assistant studies. Ms. Wilbanks was admitted to practice medicine in May 2017.

Ms. Wilbanks’ prior training and experience involved volunteering in her local hospital during high school and working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) after college. While obtaining her masters, Ms. Wilbanks also had the opportunity in offering her medical services in the many underprivileged areas of Nicaragua during September 2016. In May of 2017, Ms. Wilbanks entered and offered her medical services in the field of urgent care. In October 2018, Ms. Wilbanks joined our practice, Jupiter Medical Specialists, as a physician assistant in one of our Primary Care offices in Tequesta, Florida and now addresses numerous acute and chronic medical illnesses. Currently, Ms. Wilbanks is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. She is certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

In addition to her parents, Ms. Wilbanks has an older brother with Down syndrome, and an older sister who is an attorney in Jupiter, Florida. One of her many passions has been involvement with various organizations (Special Olympics and AMBUCS for Person’s with Disabilities) to either raise awareness or work alongside individuals with special needs. She is passionate about providing medical services in a timely, caring, and professional manner in order to meet the needs of today’s acute/chronic medical conditions. Ms. Wilbanks lives in Jupiter, Florida with her loving fur baby, a 3 year-old mini goldendoodle. On her days off, Ms. Wilbanks prefers to spend time with her family and friends, while also taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful beaches, water sports, and good food.

As a family nurse practitioner, she manages a broad range of acute & chronic medical conditions. Kymberlee is committed to practicing medicine using a holistic approach and acting as a patient advocate.
