Why a Surgical Oncologist?

Surgical oncologists provide skilled and comprehensive care in the treatment of a wide range of disorders, including both benign tumors and cancer, due to their complexity. We excel in the diagnosis and treatment of cancers of the liver, pancreas, digestive tract melanoma, and sarcoma.

We collaborate closely with our colleagues in the fields of Interventional Radiology, Advanced Gastroenterology and Medical Oncology. This multidisciplinary approach means patients benefit from the expertise of multiple specialists and receive a personalized treatment plan.

In addition, we offer cutting-edge clinical trials in partnership with Mount Sinai, New York, which allows our patients access the latest available treatments right here in South Florida.

Our surgical oncologists deliver comprehensive and compassionate care, with the goal of restoring our patients' well-being. Please call us at 561.745.7789 to schedule an appointment. We are conveniently located on the Jupiter Medical Center campus in Jupiter, FL. We can often book new patient appointments within 48 to 72 hours. When required, we obtain and review scans the same day in order to expedite your treatment plans. We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with outstanding specialty care.

For Your Visit

We have developed a list of instructions to help make the most of your visit with us.

Please plan to arrive at our practice 20-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete the registration process.

Please be sure to bring your picture identification and insurance cards with you to your appointment. Our office will handle the verification of your insurance prior to your appointment.

When scheduling your appointment, please include an email address, if possible. We will email you a welcome packet that includes a short biography on your physician, a link to registration forms and a reminder of our address and your appointment date and time.

We want to ensure that our physicians have the information they need to provide you with the highest quality care and therefore request that you have any medical records or test results from other physicians sent over to our practice one week before your appointment.

These records may be faxed to our practice at 561.745.7833. We will scan your information into our electronic medical records so that it will be available electronically to all care providers involved in your care.

Examples of records we will need from you are:

  • Your most recent lab results, pathology reports, radiology results and prior operative reports, as applies in your case.
  • Our physicians will carefully review your original radiology images; therefore, we request that you bring a copy of your radiology files on a CD, in addition to the written radiology report.
  • If possible, pathology slides should also be brought to your appointment. Our colleagues in the pathology department will carefully review your slides and can often provide additional information when needed.
  • We understand that it may not always be possible to send records ahead of time. If this is the case, please bring whatever information you have with you to your first appointment and we will request missing information.
